'An initiative to help kids in need' What's LABK ? - An acronym !
Initiative 1/ (We're committed) For every order we process in our business 'Tudor Glass',
we donate $1.00 to a kids charity. This is paid quarterly, and we make donations on a rotating
basis, so all charities get a turn through the busy quarters.
The 4 kids charities we have selected are . . .

Our donation is recorded on your invoice as an item, and we tally the items up each quarter to work out
the amount to donate to the relative charity for that period.

Initiative 2/ (You can too) YOU can elect that for every order you place with us,
you too will match the $1.00 donation, and every order you place with us will be invoiced
with a $1.00 donation recorded on it.
Download the fax / mail form and fax this to us.
(You can also make one of donations with this form.)
Alternatively, you can pay $1.00 more with remittance for any payment, and your invoice
will be altered to record your contribution.
(We will forward a new invoice to you by e-mail or fax for your tax purposes.)

Initiative 3/ (So can your customers) Further to this, you can invite YOUR CUSTOMER to
donate an extra dollar to your sale price, and send in $2.00 extra with your payment, when your invoice
will be altered to include the total extra paid.

In any case, we work our donations on the total number of orders placed with us, then use the special
donation item on our computer invoicing to tally the total paid extra to this by you and your customers.

Between one, two, or three of us, we CAN make a difference in needy kids lives . . .
How can you get with the programme, and help us brighten up a childs life ?
Simple.
Download, fill out and return the fax / mail form and fax or post this to us,
and arrange a $1 addition to all future orders placed (great for our business customers,
come on all you picture framers), which of course you can cancel at any future time.
or
To make single contributions as you go, let us know when placing an order to add the extra
$1 donation on that specific invoice or cash sale.
The fax / mail form also has a place to make one of donations.
